Sport Waikato has provided this resource to help your organisation with the management of sport volunteers. It provides you with ways to recruit, recognise and retain volunteers. Included are sample templates – feel free to modify them to suit your needs. Remember volunteers are not just the people who help out in the registration window, they include your coaches, managers, umpires, teachers-in-charge, netball co-ordinators....and the list goes on.
