The Trust Waikato Team had their first run against an invitation team made up of 4 current and 1 ex fern and 4 Waikato Representative players. Casey Williams, Laura Langman, Jolene Henry, Leana de Bruin and Amigene Metcalf plus Roimata Haswell, Rachel Fabling and Waikato Premier shooters Halana Leith and Kyler Parai made up the team.
